IA: D99 Elysians Sentinal Options

I found a small bug in the D99 list.

In IA4 it says that Drop Sentinals can be taken (as well as mounted in a Valkyrie) however the option is not available in the list.

I have found it works fine in the regular 23rd Elysian List, but just not in the D99's.

Hope that this might get fixed in the next release, as it is a really cool list!
