human favored class options

So I know that in pathfinder humans can get a special favored class options, including one that gives you extra spells for sorcerers. This is kind of a huge deal and i m trying to build a character that can do this. It is the main reason why i am choosing human and not half elf. However, my Hero Lab does not allow me to do this. Am I missing a package with these rules? Do I need to buy something extra or is it something that can't be done or am i just missing it?

Do up own the Advanced Players Guide dataset?

Racial favoured class bonuses were introduced in that.

Also, make sure you have that book enabled in the Configure Hero form, and the option won't show up until you've added the Human race.
