Human Alternate Racial Traits for Half-Orcs

I'm gonna apologize in case this was covered somewhere else, but I was looking over a character for an upcoming game. I'm torn between Half-Orc and human, because I really like Heart of the Wilderness ART for humans.

The Humans' 'Hear of the...' ARTs replace their 'Skilled' trait, and looking over Half-Orc they have two ARTs that grant skilled: 'Human-Raised' which grants the human "Skilled' trait, and [Lol] 'Skilled'.

I'm rather lost trying to do it myself, muddling through HL Editor, so I wanted to suggest/request someone maybe look into adding the option of the "Heart of the...' ARTs [or any ART that replaces Humans 'Skilled' trait, really] to the Half-Orc.
