How to use Dex or Cha for attack rolls?

I have this homebrew warlock pact that lets one cast eldritch blast through a longbow using the higher of Cha or Dex. If using Dex, it's a ranged-weapon attack and damage bonus would be Dex as well; if using Cha, it's a ranged spell attack and damage bonus would only apply if the Agonizing Blast invocation is in effect.
Copying a longbow and changing the damage to 1d10 was easy enough.. but I can't see how to get a Dex/Cha sort of modification and am still in the cut-n-paste phase of eval scripts, so have no idea where to begin on something like that..

Thanks in Advance :)

Have you tried using the 'Change Spell Attribute' adjustment under 'Class' on the Adjustments tab.

Then just Check or Uncheck the adjustment as the situation requires.
