How to tell what source files are missing?

The DM of my PF campaign was maintaining my character until I got HL for myself. I loaded up the POR and it's crying about a missing source, but I don't know which one and he's got tons of data files to know. How can I tell what sources the POR is referencing so I can buy the right one(s)?

Right-click that error message, and copy it, then post it here - then we can take a look at the message and see what items it lists.

Also, the GM can, under the Develop menu, "Prepare portfolio for distribution". This will deselect all sources not in use on the character. He could then scroll through it and let you know what are checked. There are a few 'quirks' with this, in that it resets some of the radial dial options to 'defaults', like advancement speed, and such.
