How to set unique names for custom Adjustments on the Play screen?

On the Play screen, under the Effects panel, i've added a couple of Adjustments for common conditional modifiers (for example the -4 to Attack for full attacking). However, although there is a text box inside the adjustment where i can note what the adjustment is for, on the Play screen it just shows up as "Penalty (Attack Bonus)". So if i have several toggle-able adjustments that affect the same stat, they all show up with same generic title. I have to click on each adjustment to open it up and see what it's from and how big it is.

Is there a way to edit the display name of each adjustment to something unique like "Full Attack Penalty" so i can more easily find and activate it during play?

example of what i'm talking about:
