How to put specific GM rules in Hero Lab

My GM is giving us some different things for lvl 1 when we start our new campain and i have some questions on how to do it in hero lab. Here is what he is doing:
Double Hp’s at level 1. If you start out 1d10+2=12, it is now 24 starting out.
Start off with 1 Bonus Feat. (if human then an extra one on top of normal bonus)
Start with an additional Bonus racial feat, 2 traits, or 4 skill points.

I have been looking around and i am not to sure on how to configure this in hero lab to do these things without it giving me a bunch of errors everytime i do it. Does anybody know how to do these homemade rules? If so please i need some help.

Thanks,

Menghini22

The adjust tab is your friend in these cases. If for some reason you can't find a adjustment for what you need a good chance my Adjustment Addon has it.

Double Hp’s at level 1. If you start out 1d10+2=12, it is now 24 starting out.
Go to the "Adjust" tab and on the "Other Adjustments" section add "Hit Points" and simply set the counter to the additional value your character gets.

Start off with 1 Bonus Feat. (if human then an extra one on top of normal bonus)
Go to the "Adjust" tab and on the "Other Adjustments" section add "Feats, Total" and set to 1.

Start with an additional Bonus racial feat, 2 traits, or 4 skill points.
"Feats, Total" adjustment and set to 2.
"Traits, Total" adjustment and set to 2.
"Skill Points, Total" adjustment and set to 4.

Awesome! Thank you guys very much this helps out a lot I don't have a lot of time to look around on the computer since I have to watch my son when my wife works. But this really helps out a lot. And my GM is a friend of one that is running a homemade campaign that is similar to kingmaker, I am excited to play :)
