SR 5th ed. How to increase faction ratings

I've added factions, but don't see where I can increase/decrease the faction rating short of unlocking the character and returning to creation mode.

I have the cutting aces package and it is checked.
 
I am having the same issue. I can start a character with faction/faction rep, but after locking, it says I have to use advancement tab, but there is no option for increasing/decreasing faction rep in the advancement tab.
 
Any ETA when this is going to be resolved?

I'd like to be able to increase and decrease faction ratings for Shadowrun 5th edition.
