How to display property of new material

How would I get hero lab to display a property of a new material on the specials tab. I created a new material Yasgarian Steel it increases the Critical Hit conformation roll by 2. The Material has the eval script to mechanicaly do this but I want to have a message in the specials tab saying an armor made with this material when equipped increases the Critical it conformation roll by 2.
 
AFHL right now so I can't confirm this, but I bet you could create a generic ability with the appropriate text and then bootstrap it to the special material. I believe this is how item powers that grant dailies get usage controls onto the hero, for example.
