How to delete things made in HL Editor

New member
This was My first time using HL and the Editor so i created a test portfolio and Editor data file. The things is that the items that were made in the test appear as options in a different portfolio even though both the test portfolio and the HL Editor test user file were both deleted. How do i get rid of there items.
