How to create a new data file for a new game system?

Is there a link, manual, etc... where you can learn how to create your own new game system and datafiles?

new meaning one that isn't in the system yet....

please let me know.
 
From within AB Creator go to Help > View Authoring Kit manual pdf version is better though as easier to navigate for me: http://www.armybuilder.com/docs/ab_kit.pdf)

That will give you an outline of what to do and the concepts, also have a look at the example datafile that comes with AB and then look at the established files
