How to Combine Imperial Guard squads?

No, 50 is your limit. How did you get to 100 before?
The codex specifies that you can purchase squads of ten; there is no way to purchase a twenty-man squad in the codex, unless you're talking about Conscripts.
You could take three platoons, each with four squads of ten then, at deployment, combine those into six combined squads but that is, again, a thing you do at deployment; not when creating your army list.
Of course with three platoons you also need three command squads as well, which can't be combined, and a company command squad or other HQ choice to make a legal list, but that's neither here nor there.
