I have a player who wants to use Black Market Pipeline as a positive quality. I have added it to the character and assigned a contact to it as well as a category (armorer in my test case)
When I go to purchase an Armored Jacket it does not show the discount of 10% I am expecting. I cannot find a way to add a modification or customization saying I'm using the contact, I don't see a way to leverage this in the program.
Also I don't see a way to manually adjust the resource cost in character creation. Journal entries do not help me and I cannot buy a negative value gear item.
Can someone please help me with how this should be used in the system? Thanks much in advance.
