How long for posts to appear?

I posted yesterday in two threads the solution to the linux/wine problem with hero lab and neither post has shown up yet. Any word on how long it takes, on average, for posts to pop into existence? I ask, because I'd like others to benefit from the solution.
 
First posts have to be approved by a mod, which means the time until post can vary based on the forum (some of the less active ones are rarely looked at) and how many mods are on (I for example, am normally off on weekends). Sorry about the inconvienance, we were buried in a flood of spambots before switching to this system. You should be clear to post from now on.
