How do you use the Paladin Divine Bond (Weapon)?

I've been stuffing around looking at creating a character and if I select Divine Bond (Weapon)
it shows up in the In Play tab under Tracked Resources but there doesn't seem to be any way of actually selecting abilities or adding the bonus to the weapon enchantment.
What am I missing?
 
For me I just a few 'other adjustments' on the adjust tab. ShadowChemoshAdjustments_v2.1 help as well here (love these).
