M&M 3rd ed. How do you print the Library Tab?

How do you print the Library Tab? What version will it be in? Can we have it so its an option in the Configure Hero window? I would love if it would also include the exact final point cost so those with Variable pools could mix and match on the fly and make sure their totals weren't surpassed.
