How do you get Weapon Finesse to work.

I got a character with two rapiers and weapon finesse but the Character Creator is still using strength instead of dex.
 
U might want to double check your math you should have it only in one hand because rapier isnt a light weapon its going to kill your two weapon fighting
 
I just checked, it does count your weapon finesse in there, but since the rapier isn't actually light (even though you can use WF with it), you end up with -4/-4 for dual-wielding with the feat instead of -2/-2 (if you used, say, a dagger),
