How do you add a new profession skill?

I want to add a skill called "Profession (navigator)", but I can't find an easy way like a custom entry. Any ideas on what I need to do?

a) In the list of skills is a Profession "OTHER" which lets you type in any name you want once added to your character.

b) Use the editor to create a new Profession skill called "Navigator".
