How do I import ddi data?

I can't seem to figure out how to import the data downloaded from the compendium into hero lab. Can someone tell me how to do this?
 
Run the ddidownloader.exe which will take about 12 hours then just open hero lab and open the 4e game system.
 
You can check the 4e manual for more information on how to run the downloader. You can do that by hitting the "View Manual" button on the "Configure Hero" form.
