How do I add the Korvosa ingame hooks?

Like title says, How do I add the Korvosa ingame hooks? I picked the Love Lost hook and do not know where or how to add it.
 
Are you referring to the Traits from the Crimson Throne Player's Guide?

When you create a new character, you'll see the list of what sources are currently enabled on the right-hand side of that form (for an existing character, you can select the Character menu ... Configure Hero to get back to it).

Scroll down that list until you come to the Pathfinder Adventure Paths section, and make sure that Curse of the Crimson Throne is activated.
