How can I add extra cantrips?

Aquamaniac

DM recently gave me two extra cantrips to use, but I cannot figure out how to add these as there isn't an "add cantrip" option under personal adjustments. And I have no clue where to start with the editor.

Adjusting spell slots can be tricky, cantrips doubly so. This is probably why there isn't an adjustment written for one yet.

How did you get the adjustment:
1. A magic item grants the slots?
2. You were blessed with extra slots in a spellcasting class?
3. You got the slots and are not a spellcaster?

One way that I might do it is definitely not easy, but some code exists that is "close" to what you want:

The feat "Magic Initiate" grants 2 cantrips and a 1st level spell. If you were willing to try learning the editor, you could copy/modify the Magic Initiate feat and associated Magic Initiate configurable to reflect you're only getting 2 cantrips.

You could then give yourself the "Feats, Bonus" adjustment and give yourself the new feat you created above.
