Seriously, I've gone to every link on the website I can find and it just sends me in loops. The closest I've come is to buying Hero Lab with the Authoring Kit for Savage Worlds, but that's an extra copy of Hero Lab, not the Authoring Kit data files. I already own HL, I don't want to buy another fucking copy.
 
Yeah, the easiest way to buy it is to open Hero Lab and select Purchase Data Package under the License menu, which will take you to the login to the purchase page.

Doing it that way lets the page auto-load your license number, at least.

That's about as unintuitive as you can get. I have to load a data package in order to buy an unrelated data package. And it's buried in a sub-menu.

This program seriously needs an UI overhaul, by someone who actually understands UI design. Same with the atrocious website.
