Thanks to everyone's help here, I have the AB files completed for a
new game (commercial, not my own design). Since I don't have a web
site of my own, I need to find out what kind of permission and
documentation Wolf Lair requires from the game company in order to
host the AB files for that game.

A simple email from an officer of the company that grants permission is
sufficient. I assume that the company has a web-site of some sort, so the
email address should be from the domain name used by the company. Since
there is no charge for any data files and manufacturers can recind
permission at any time, the requirements are very simple. :-)

Once I have confirmation, we can put the data files on the Wolf Lair site.
I can also give you the details on how to post data file release
announcements yourself so that AB automatically includes the new files in
the automatic updates mechanism. Send me a direct email at rob@wolflair.com
with all of the specifics on the game system and data files.

Thanks, Rob
