Horizontal scroll bar on Tab Window in Text Snipet

It would be interesting to have a horizontal scrollbar in the Tab Windows when a Text snipet is present and has a table drawn that is larger than the size of the current window for the Tab.

Related to this, I would like a scroll bar rather than a hand mover thingy in Player View so that long pages of information (and I have some crazy ones) can be scrolled through smoothly.

It's a 'nice to have' rather than an urgent need, but I thought I'd mention it.
