HLO-PF1 No + to add journal entries

Apologies if this has been covered somewhere else, but I didn't find anything when I searched.

I've imported a .por from HL and everything has been going well until it came time to add XP. I'm not finding any way to add journal entries. The entries I had created in HL are all there, and I can edit those, but I don't get the + to be able to add a new entry (I like to add one for each level's xp).

I've tried on Chrome, Firefox and Edge and all browsers are exhibiting the same behavior.

Any and all help would be appreciated!

The only situation where this should happen is if you're still in demo mode. If you're not in demo mode, please send this in as a bug report (using the gear icon at the top right), so we can get more information about the character where you're seeing it.

I had a similar issue for a character created in HLO. For me, it was that I had enabled bestiary books for the character. I turned off a bunch of them and I got the Journal button.

The issue is that if you have bestiary content enabled, the system assumes you are making a static NPC, so the journal isn't enabled.

Mathias has a good responce, and I'd also say check 'Configure Hero' to see if you have set the PC to NPC.
