HLO - Bestiary - Double checking

Hi all. Want to check something before I purchase Pathfinder 2e Bestiary.

I am running Extinction Curse soon, and a lot of Bestiary creatures are in there. If I purchase the Bestiary for HLO - will I be able to add these creatures to the Campaign THeatre on HLO and use them in battle?

Also, can I add status penalties (such as Dazed) to the monsters in real-time and the maths for all the rolls will be calculated automatically?
