HLExport and missing .user files

I have I believe 19 custom user files for hero lab. I am trying to convert them via HLExport to transfer over to my iPad. However, when I go to tolls and hit select only .user files, it only finds 8 user files. Can anyone help me?
 
Go to "Tools->Launch Editor". Then go to "File->Open Data File...". In the new window how many .user files do you see? Make sure none of them are named the old way and end in .dat instead of .user.

The Export tool explicitly looks for .user not .dat files. Thats my only thought on why you wouldn't be able to select them all.

You can also in the Export Tool click Select Files and manually select the files you wish to include. So that is another way if you know the file names to get them to be included.
