Hey all, quick question. customization

I am considering purchasing Hero Lab, but I have a question.

Does the full purchased registered version allow complete customization with pathfinder APG rules?

I.E.

Alternate racial traits/features (APG. pg. 8)
I have a first level dwarf rogue/scout and I would like to switch out the greed racial trait for the craftsmanship racial trait. Will the character generator allow for this readily?

another example is at level 4
I'm following my archetype and will be trading out uncanny dodge for scout's charge(APG page 134)
again, will the character builder be able to accommodate my changes?

Those options are available in the APG package, which is a separate add-on for the Pathfinder files.
