HL - Adventuring Sash?

This is a rather odd question. My machine at work died and it was re-imaged so i have to install my apps again. Well, i got to Hero Lab ?(not a necessity, but its nice to have when i need it :)) and re-registered.

However, now i can't find the "adventurer's sash" in the "Gear" tab. Did i miss something in the re-installation? :confused:

I do have two registration numbers. I've tried both but neither produce the "adventuring sash" in the gear list.
 
In that case I assumed he had the community created .user file that is available at d20pfsrd. Re-download that one from the link in my sig and the item will again be their.
