As a noob to HL I have just created an 11th level PC for a game I'm joining. I noticed I only have HPs from Con bonuses and first level. Do I input the HP for each level or did I miss something in the creation of the PC that should have provided them?
 
Unless you've turned on one of the optional HP rules, namely "Average HPs at New Levels" and "Max HPs at New Levels", then for the levels beyond first, you should roll the dice and enter the results for each level.
