'History' not scrolling on iPad?

Dear all,

I'm creating a new character on the iPad and the character history tab does not appear to be able to scroll down. As I fill up the top entries the lower entries seem to disappear off the screen and I can't view or fill them in. If I start from the bottom I can fill them in but as I fill up the higher entries they disappear off the bottom and I can't find a way to view them.

Am I missing something obvious?
