High Elves Bound Spell Item bug

I have discovered another bug in the ArmyBuilder datafiles:
ArmyBuilder v3.0b
Warhammer Fantasy (6th)(V1.12)

Create a 2000 point High Elves roster
Add a Prince
Give him the Ring of Corin
Give him the Ring of Fury

This will be allowed, even though it says on page 153 of the Rulebook that “A character cannot have more than one Bound Spell item”.
