Hiding Derived Traits

Is there a way to make certain Derived Traits not show up on the printed sheet? That is, can you have some of them be tracked to keep things honest, but not actually print it?

Similarly, is there a way to have it only print if the value is greater than 0? This is a great way to handle the Command Radius, for example.

If you just want it to be able to be tracked but it will hide it from the player and print out - I found that you put In the tag tab (Group ID: Hide - Tag ID: Trait) it tracks it but that's all it will do - it's all behind the scenes, but won't show anywhere else, it will hide it all the time - last night I was trying to do it and that's the best I could get.

OK, that works for my Racial Cost trait which is really meant as a simple way to check for compatibility, not really meant to be printed

LOL glad my unluckiness worked for someone. It didn't work for what I needed it to work for, which sucked - but something good came out of it. LOL
All I know is I think between the 3 of us, we are pushing the bounds of what this program allows. LOL

You were using that tag before? I didn't remember but the other thread made me think of and look at the Tags.1st file again (and I was thinking of if there was a way I could use that on my Skill die question). At any rate that's where I saw the tags for this one and the other one that might (I hope) work for your other question, although I think there may be some others besides Helper.Maximum you might be able to try as well. But yeah, it does seem like we've all been coming up with stuff out of left field lately. :D

You might be able to, not sure, you will just need to find out the name for what you are trying to hide, that is part of the fun, is getting it to work for you. That's how I found out how to get it to work for what SeeleyOne want it for.
