Hiding an Edge?

Is there a way to hide an Edge? Obviously there are tages for Hide.Trait, Skill, Attribute, Equipment, Tracker, InPlay and Special, but I don't see anything for Edges. I bring it up only because in ETU I'd like to just hide that everyone has the AB: Ritual Magic Edge just to avoid confusion while still having all of the needed functions of the AB (like the Arcane tab) show up on the sheet.

You can make it so that it will not print, that is an option on the Edges, but I do not know how to hide it if you have it on the character but you want it to be a secret.

Wait, I just thought about something that you might want to try. It might be possible to bootstrap the Arcane Background part of it, as that is different than the edge. The problem might be that some things require an edge and you technically would not have it. I think it is better to just make it not print in the list of edges if it is a concern.

Yeah, I already have it set to no-print. And you're right that I may not need the Edge at all, since the only things I think that would really depend on it would be other Arcane Edges (Power Points, New Power, etc.) which are irrelevant to the setting anyway. I guess I just wasn't sure if anything else depended on having the Edge there since we always use an edge to set up ABs... hmmm... I may have to experiment with that a bit. Thanks for the idea!

Looks like just bootstrapping the Arcane Background without using an Edge for it at all will work just fine. So unless anyone does some pounding on the file and finds any issues doing it that way I think that will be the answer. Thanks, SeelyOne!
