Hexblade Issues with To-Hit Numbers

I have just started using this as a replacement to the D&D character builder. My character builder version of my Hexblade shows the following to-hit numbers for my abilities and also my AC

Icy Skewer +14 attack bonus broken down as:
+5 charisma (21)
+3 half my level (6)
+3 proficiency (Blade of Winters Mourning)
+2 enhancement bonus from +2 Rod of malign conveyance (off hand)
+1 Feat Bonus (Rod Expertise)

AC 21

when I add in all my feats, and items then equip them I only get the Herolab builder to show the following

Icy Skewer using Rob of Malign Conveyance +10 or +8 using my Blade of Winters mourning

It seems that the Rod expertise is not effecting anything, it should add +1 to hit and also +1 to my AC which is incorrectly showing 20 not 21.

I also don't think Herolabs is adding the proficiency bonus to my Blade of Winters mourning (+3)

So to summarise I think using a rod and choosing rod expertise is not working at all and also proficiency is not calculating correctly on Hexblades using blade of winters mourning

Please help

I hate to resurrect such an old thread, but I just ran into this issue. I don't seem to be getting the Rod expertise bonus, and another bonus (magic implement?) also seems to be missing. I would not rule out user error, but I did make sure a Rod was equipped.

Is this a known problem? Is there an error on my part? Do you still need a portfolio that demonstrates this behavior?

Can you send me the portfolio? Also: I bugfixed some expertises some times ago on cryptoknights site. I cannot remember an issue with rod expertise though.

Is this still an issue? I did not get any email by you (or maybe I overlooked it?)

Best regards,
