HeroLab vs. PCGen for an Oracle

I don't play a lot of pathfinder, but a friend of mine is running a game where I'm playing an Oracle. So I'm researching what character software to use, and comparing HeroLabs to PCGen. I'm evaluating the free version of HeroLabs, but I'm perfectly happy to spend $30 to get the better software.

My problems is that I don't see how to create a fifth level Oracle in Herolabs. It's not listed in the character classes available to me. I'm NOT using the Pathfinder Basic box, I'm using the free, but full featured no save pathfinder version of HeroLabs.

Any thoughts on what I should be doing, or what version I should be using?
I'm using version V4.1 #353, and I see classes like Sorcerer, Wizard, Fighter, Cleric, etc.

The demo version of HL only includes the Core Rulebook and player data from Adventure Paths. Oracle is in APG, which we offer as a supplementary data package for 9.99 (and that includes all the other goodies from that book as well).

And in PCGen (v6.00+) on the source loading screen click on the Advanced Tab, and move the APG dataset from the left side to the right loading side to be able to make the Oracle.

After having done exactly what you are doing now and "shopped around" as it were, my group finally decided on HeroLab. One of the major deciding factors was that it is the only officially licensed product for Pathfinder.

There are constant updates for the new material being published by Paizo, and I just looked and the last time that PCGen was updated according to their download site was back in November. How many updates has Pathfinder for HeroLab had since then? Several. Sure there is the ongoing cost to support these updates but I've come to find that I don't mind supporting HeroLab or Paizo in this way. And you only have to purchase what you want after the initial purchase. It's not a subscription that forces you to pay for each new dataset.

With the access to the editor for inputting custom material (if it hasn't already been done by the community here on the forums) and just the general robustness of what HeroLab allows you to do within the program I recommend it!

Something to point out also is that if you pick up the HL Data package and the pdf of the book from Paizo you end up cheaper than buying the hard-copy book. And think of all the more stuff you can do with electronic copies than a book.

Plus Realm Works works with Hero Lab and now they have the iPad app which is free for running your character at the game. :)

But there is no way to test create an Oracle (in no-save mode), right? I can create other classes, but not an Oracle. I guess what I'm double checking is this: there is no way to test drive a supplementary data package. Right?
