Hi,

Trying to buy herolab but don't receive any verification email during that stage of the purchase program, please could someone else try (you don;t need to actually buy anything to get o the email verification) and let me know if it works for them.

Reluctant to buy a license until I know I'll receive the license email.

Hi!

There are a couple potential causes. We often find our e-mails get swept up by aggressive spam filters, so check your spam or junk folders and see if you have an e-mail there. Sometimes, the e-mail address is also entered incorrectly. If neither of these are the case, send me an e-mail and we'll get it sorted out so you can get your license.
