Herolab keeps crashing after update on iPad

Just updated pathfinder for herolab on my iPad and now it crashes after a couple of seconds every time. Tried uninstall/reinstall managed to activate license but then it began to crash after a few seconds. Everything works fine on my iPad just not herolab. Any ideas how I can solve this issue? TIA
