Does anyone know if this is an option to be able to add to Hero Lab? I am looking to add the fey gifts it mentions, specifically Feast of Recuperation and Scent of Gold.
 
Sure, click on Tools->HL Editor and you can add most anything.

I'm guessing that the fey gifts are either feats or items?

If they're racial powers or the like, you can still do it, but it will be more work to edit the races.
