Trying to import my herolab character file after PC rebuild, but get the following errors:

Pick 'cdarkwood' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '185'
Pick 'cHelpDwS' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '185'
Pick 'cdarkwood' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '192'

Note: I have a fully licensed copy of HL and reinstalled update to v3.6.

What am I missing? Thanks for your help.

Have you removed any user content that you had in place when you originally created this character?
 
The missing material probably has to do with a class with "Darkwood" in its name - the short-name for this class appears to be "darkwood", and the abbreviation "DwS".
