Hero Labs 5e - Lost default hero settings & now acting buggy

I haven't created a character for several months. Today I was creating some One Shot characters. I found that all of the books for the Hero configuration were unchecked. Very odd. After going through and setting up my defaults, nothing abnormal. I then began creating a Cleric, with Cloistered Scholar background and noticed it didn't offer up a bonus skill, then I noticed that I also wasn't offered skills from the class as well. I tried adding a skill via the Personal tab and those aren't affecting the chosen skills.

Anyone seen this happen before? Fix?
