Hero Lab wants to update every time it launches

I have Hero Lab installed in two places-- home and work. When I launch at home, it asks to update when there are new things available. When I launch at work, it asks me to update my Pathfinder system files every single time-- even when I have all current updates. I can launch, update, close, and launch again... and be told I need to update.

It's not the end of the world, but it does add a few minutes to my boot-up time when I want to build characters, so if there's a way to avoid it, that would be great. :)
