Hero Lab suddenly started crashing!

I updated my Hero Lab and started generating a new Pathfinder character a few days ago and it has been crashing at random intervals since then. Four times so far.

How may I assist the troubleshooting of this problem so that we can get it fixed?

Please include any error messages that occur as a result of the crash plus any files referenced if any.

A description of what you were doing immediately prior to the crash can also help us figure out what is going on.
