I can get to the Hero Lab site and log in, but once I do, I get the message:

Hero Lab™ Online is temporarily down for maintenance.

We appreciate your patience while we work on improving the service. In the meantime, please check out the Hero Lab Online forum for announcements on when it will be available again.​
 
We are troubleshooting some issues today. There might be a few more hiccups as we get everything fixed.

This probably explains why I'm getting these messages when I try to access herolab online

"Authentication Error: Unable to log in with the provided credentials. If this error persists, please contact support for assistance."

And similar for the herolab online account management page

"Login Failed
Unable to log in. This may be due to an invalid username or password, or some other problem."

I'm using the same username and PW I have since I first signed up
