Hero Lab license problem

I'm not sure what I've done wrong, but Hero Lab can not seem to stay licensed on my computer. I haven't been using it lately, but a few days ago, I loaded it up, and got a 'Get Hero lab Now' screen.

Not missing a beat I hit the button for Activate, and hero lab had all my data still saved on it. At the end, it stated it was activated. Today, again, on the same computer, 'Get Hero lab now' returned. Trying to go through the same process, it states that I've already recently reactivated the license, and I need to go to Early License reassignment.
 
Do you have Hero Lab installed on only one computer?
If not, are you using different license on each machine?

Are you on the "fast track" version of Windows 10? If the windows update changes enough things on the machine, then a license re-request is required,
