I'm currently trying to create a Sorcerer using the Ipad app and I was wanting to add custom spells. However, when I go into the spell book I do not see the - Custom/Metamagic Spell - choice. But when I go into a Druid that I had created a while ago the option is there. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change so that the option will appear?
 
Which metamagic options to apply to a spell is something you choose at the time you prepare a spell - you don't have to have each different version of the spell as a separate thing in your spellbook. However, once your Wizard prepares their spells, that's when you can prepare metamagic versions.


You mentioned both "Sorcerer" and "Spellbook" - I answered on the assumption that you had meant "Wizard" and "Spellbook", but if that was not the case, could you please clarify what you were asking?
