Hero Lab Editor How To?

I once stumbled upon the html "How to" resource for the Hero Lab editor, and now I can not find it. I'd like to add a few custom races, and this resource had links to pages such as Add a Custom Race.

Ive checked to 3 linked files on my start menu...

hpmanual.htm
hptutorial.htm
hp_kit.htm

...and it doesnt seem to be any of these. Any insights? Thanks for the help.
