Help!

I had to reformat my hard drive recently and lost the program. I tried to retrieve my license info from the management website but my email adress wasn't reconised. Please help me retrieve my license info.

I have been having nothing but problems with installing this product. I am becomeing very frustrated with your product. I tried to write you a direct Email to your tech support and I had to creat ANOTHER email account and give you all kinds of info. This WILL be the last time I purchase your product and will not reccomend it to anyone.

When you activate your license, the email address you specify is thereafter used in conjunction with your license. If there was an error entering the email address, or (more likely) your email address has changed since then, our server has no knowledge of that. If your email address changes, you can readily update our server to utilize your new email address via the "Manage License" option on the License menu. Doing so will avoid problems like this, and it's just like giving the post office a "change of address" form so they re-route mail to you when you move.

I don't understand your second paragraph. Sending an email to tech support should be all that's necessary, provided you give tech support sufficient information to locate your license. It sounds like you may have omitted important details that are needed to chase down your license, which would result in tech support having to ask you for that info. I don't know what information you did or didn't provide, but I can't think of any reason for you to create another email address, unless you chose to do that for some purpose that escapes me.

Once you provide tech support with sufficient information to uniquely identify who you are and locate your license, your email address can be updated on our server. Once that's done, you'll be able to retrieve your license number and activate it again.

My email adress hasn't changed I just bought a new license near may. I know I entered my email adress correctly cause I got confirmation emails from your website when I purchased the online license. I had alot of trouble activating the new license as well.
As for sending the email out it says I have to make a display name; Then add my eamil adress, then set up E-mail servers (wich I am not sure how to do) thats were I become frustrated. I am not sure why I have to set up servers just to talk to your tech support.
I have gone to the "Manage License" site and I dont have the license; and the site doesnt reconise my email. so that site doesnt help me. I would truly appreciate a DIRECT email so I can get a number to call. I work 8-5 M-F eastern time. having to wait for email responces is just making this worse for me. My E-mail adress is Deamonkinn@comcast.net.

I just searched our database and found nothing with the email address you specify above. So that means I'm going to need details in order to dig up your license information for you. These details include: the exact name used when you placed your order, the zip code used with the order, and (ideally) your order number. I can make do without that last item if you no longer have it, but it would make things much easier if you can provide it. Send all this info to me at helpdesk at wolflair dot com and I'll see what I can figure out.

I don't know where you're looking that says you need to create a display name. And I have no idea what you're referring to about setting up email servers. Could you please provide me with a link or other suitable instructions to see the same information you're looking at?

We are a tiny company that doesn't have the staff to answer the phone for support issues. In order to do that, we'd have to increase our prices in order pay someone to wait by the phone. We've asked users this question in the past and the overwhelming majority opposed doing it. So we've kept prices unchanged for 10 years now and all support questions must go through email or these forums.

Send me your info and I'll see what I can uncover about your license.
