Help with Psionic class

Until the people at Dreamscarred Press have time to put out a semi-official HeroLab userfile for the Psionics Expanded, I am trying to create the Cryptic class for a player of mine. I am having a hard time figuring out how to do the Altered Defense, with the three options. I can input it as a simple Class Special, but I'm not familiar enough with the program to get it to do a selection list and then implement the special properties of the selection. I cannot do it as either a custom ability or a secondary custom, as those are both used by the Insights and the Supreme Insight abilities already. Any help or suggestions are very welcome.
 
What about as a tertiary, quaternary, or quintenary custom ability? Are those occupied as well?
 
I'm on a steady pace working through the creatures in PU and then it'll be complete. Then I move on to PE. Is the Cryptic in it?
