Help with making own vehicle rules....

Right maybe this is just me not doing what I am supposed to do. I have made the conversion below and was wanting to make my own vdr rules for it along the basic landspeeder rules but not a skimmer if you see what I am getting at. I went into abcreator and did the little tutorial with success but know that i want to do it within the 40k spacemarine section it does not want to show. I have saved the dat file in ab40k4 file. Selected the group tag as fast and the race tag as space marines. Did the compile files with no issues but my new data file does not show. Please could someone point me in the right direction.
 
I'm having a similar issue with putting in a Dark Eldar "Rampage" their are tags on the top beyond the basic ones for what I assume to be these kinds of vehicles but I cant seem to find where to input the values.
